Consultation & Fee Tiers – How I Work

Tier 1: Small Jobs (up to 40 hrs)

• Trim, minor repairs, and light installs
• No consultation fee
• Billed at $100/hour, $800 minimum per day; smaller jobs under a full day are given consideration, especially with repeat customers.

Tier 2: Single Room Remodels

• Smaller bathroom or kitchen remodels
• Requires planning and a detailed estimate
• Flat $400 consultation and estimate fee (includes onsite visit and scope review)

Tier 3: Mid-Sized Remodels

• Multi-room remodels, basements, larger kitchens, and larger baths
• Moderate complexity, more coordination required
• Consultation and estimate fee between $600–$800

Tier 4: Large or Complex Projects

• Full-home remodels, additions, structural, or highly complex jobs
• Extensive planning and design were involved
• Fees start at $1,000+, depending on scope
